2. AirClaim Web Analytics Service
This site uses Inspectlet web analytics service. The service may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity as well as any text you type in this website, except text in password fields. AirClaim does not collect personally identifiable information that you do not voluntarily enter in this website. AirClaim does not track your browsing habits across other web sites or text inputted in password fields. We are using the information collected by Inspectlet service to improve our website, make it more user-friendly and monitor that it is performing correctly.
3. Client information collected by AirClaim
The information collected by our website may include:
i. Any personal details you enter and submit, such as name, address, email address, etc.
ii. Your IP address, referrer, web pages that you visit and any other data normally stored in website logs.
iii. Session information stored in cookies that are used to ensure accurate data is extracted from our systems. These cookies do not include any personal data.
iv. Under no circumstances will we hold credit card details, expiry date and security codes in our database.
v. In order to improve our service telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored.
4. How AirClaim handles the collected client information

5. Data Protection 1998 (DPA) and any other relevant data protection and privacy legislation or regulatory provision.
AirClaim will do its utmost to ensure that its registration requirements pursuant to the DPA (including any statutory modification or re-enactment) are fully complied with at all times. As is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests, AirClaim will use your data (Data) in the progression of your matter and AirClaim will act as a “data controller” (for the purposes of the DPA) of your Data.
AirClaim complies at all times with its obligations under the DPA, including but not limited to, taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal Data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to personal or sensitive personal Data as required by the seventh principle of the DPA. When considering what measures are appropriate, AirClaim shall have regard to the state of good practice, technical development and the cost of implementing any measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the harm that might result from such unauthorised or unlawful processing or accidental loss or destruction, and to the nature of the Data to be protected.
AirClaim will do its utmost to store your Data within a Member State of the European Union. However some of your Data may be transmitted to a country not providing adequate protection within the meaning of Directive 95/46/EC. If Data does leave the EU, AirClaim will do its utmost to ensure equivalent levels of protection and security for your Data.
6. Information security and communication from AirClaim to clients
AirClaim maintains a strict “no-spam” policy. Your email address will not be sold to a third party.
AirClaim may automatically add your email address to our mailing list to which we may send emails containing news, announcements, new feature information and other AirClaim related information. You can at any time unsubscribe to this mailing list by selecting the unsubscribe option within the email.
Because some communication with our clients is necessary to adequately provide our services, clients cannot opt-out of receiving administrative emails related to their matters. Such email may include confirmation of a registration or purchase, account status emails, or communication during the process.
