we have recently recieved your claim request for your flight and have started the process of claiming your of compensation. To do this however we need some more information from you.

Airlines require us to prove the identity of the person we are claiming for, and that they where indeed on flight to , to do this we need either a copy of your passport or a copy of your boarding pass.
