Flight Delayed Compensation Entitlements
- Flight delayed for 3 hours or more up to 1500 km, compensation up to £226
- Flight delayed for 3 hours or more up to 1500 km to 3500 km, compensation up to £361
- Flight delayed for 3 to 4 hours over 3500 km, compensation up to £271
- Flight delayed for 4 hours or more over 3500 km, compensation up to £540
For distances of greater than 3500 km & higher amount of compensation, the journey will need to have departed from an EU airport and be delayed on arrival in a Non-EU airport. The airline is eligible to apply a 50% flat reduction on flight delayed compensation awarded if the delay was between 3 and 4 hours.
